Care Instructions

Leather is a natural product and needs to retain a natural oil/ moisture content to remain soft, supple, and malleable. To avoid the leather drying out, hardening, and cracking, treat at least once a month with Renapur Leather Balsalm, using a sponge or brush. If treated waxed or coated leather, only a minimal amount will be needed as the coating will prevent moisture absorption and loss.

Cleaning Recommendations

Clean using a neutral coloured microfibre cloth. Leave to dry naturally. Remove mud and dirt immediately to prevent moisture being drawn from the leather Please note: not machine washable.

Maintenance & Storage

Store away from heat, damp, and direct sunlight. Where possible, store in dustbag and the blue box provided for additional protection.

Returns

If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
Notification of intention to return must be provided within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be delivered to us within 14 days of return notification.
Goods must have accompanying copy receipt for return.
Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.
Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.
Costs incurred in returning items are your responsibility.
