To maintain the performance of waterproofed gear, refer to care label and clean with Nikwax Tech Wash to remove everyday dirt and contaminants.

Notification of intention to return must be provided within 14 days of receipt.

Goods must have accompanying copy receipt for return.

Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.

Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.

Costs incurred in returning items are your responsibility.
